I liked the writing style of the author. It’s simple and relatable. These techniques are simple which we can adapt in our daily life. The way the author narrated is commendable. I liked how he kept the reader hooked.

It was a bit difficult for me to pick up this genre but then I am glad I did. There is so much to learn from this book. I liked how the author conveyed important messages in a light and interesting way.

This book tries to answer these questions and more like these using everyday examples from different occupations and lifestyles. Taking real life examples from different occupations and our daily routine, this book explains in detail the correct ways to do exercises .

Overall, it’s a well detailed and informative book that you’ll like.
