Having a busy schedule it is very important to take a break. Today I came Across Soha Ali Khan’s video of #Daretodisconnect Challenge. It’s a challenge by Sennheiser India . Sharing my ways of #DaretoDisconnect and to ditch the Tedium.

1: Lettering:

Lettering has always been my escape. To write what you love, taking the challenge motivates one to have a positive day. It is a super easy technique which helps you to deal with stress and calms our mind. It’s a stress buster and gives Positivity. It’s the first thing that I do!
Check  HOW LETTERING CHANGED MY LIFE.

2: Blackout Poetry

Another thing that excites me is Blackout Poetry. It is not only a creative exercise but a stress reliever too. A new form of art that can change once life. It changed my life too.

3: Reading:

Reading is a therapy for each and everyone who # DaretoDisconnect. Reading is like an escape for me. It has helped me to discover myself and a completely new world.  I came across so many books that changed my life. Reading is my way of #DaretoDisconnect

4: Newspaper cutouts

It’s a New thing that I discovered recently. I use to make a poem, sentence from a headline from the newspaper. It’s similar to Blackout Poetry. Cut some words that you like from news paper and Stick it in your diary .

5: Art is a Therapy:

Colouring, Painting is always a flee from a busy schedule. Isn’t it? Whether you are good or not good at it, go for it, for yourself.  It’s an escape from the dreary realities of life.

6: Spending some Me time:

Go for walks, meditate, a Solo trip, spend some ME time. It helps you to know yourself more. Disconnect with the world for some time and be with yourself. This is Most Important to me. Every day I go for a walk for an hour out of my busy schedule. That’s the most important time for me.

7: Social Media Detox:

Do it once for 2-3 days every month. It is like a relief, like a change that you’ll notice in your life. It’s the most Important way if you #DaretoDisconnect.

8: Spending time with Family and Friends:

Spending time together is always better than Video calls, Isn’t it? Spend some time with family and friends, it’s the time that you’ll remember for a lifetime. The best Memory.

These are some of my ways to #DaretoDsiconnect. Add your ways of #daretodisconnect in Comments.
