Review:

Walks Through Life: Stories by Santhosh Komaraju is a beautiful book. If you love reading short stories, do not miss this book. The book is as interesting as the cover. There are 9 beautiful stories with a strong message. Each story will remind the reader about the stories that they have heard as a child.

Each story has an important message for the reader. These stories are based on various themes like humanity, family and more. The author builds readers interest well with his crisp writing style. There’s a depth in his writing.

The language used by the author is simple and relatable. The plot of each story is unique and engaging keeping the reader hooked throughout. The pace of some stories is a bit slow. Sometimes it was getting tedious with too many details. It’s a bit heavy read.

My favourite stories from the book are ‘Two misjudgments’ and ‘rise of motherhood’. Loved how he narrated the reality. The characters that the author made are strong and have a huge impact on reader.

This book is a gem and have an important message to convey. With each story the author builds the curiosity to know what will happen next. The cover and the title of the book is impressive. The blurb is too catchy to make the reader pick this book.

Overall, It’s a wonderful book that each one of us should read.
