The Hometown by Ssandeep B Teraiya is a story of 3 friends. It’s a saga of friendship and love. A beautiful story based in Porbandar. It’s a story of Sagar, Karan and Neeta. Sagar found his friend Karan who lost everything in life after so many years. What will happen next? How Karan lost everything? there are so many unanswered questions here.

The plot of the story is interesting with some twists. It’s a bit predictable story but I loved how it ended. It was totally unpredictable. The narration of the story is simple and basic. The pace of the story is too slow.

The language used by the author is simple. I disliked the writing style of the author. It’s too basic making the reader tedious. There are so many spelling errors and grammatical mistakes. One can relate to the story well.

The character development done by the author is good. There’s drama and dialogues in the story that keeps the reader a bit hooked. Themes like love, friendship, loss are used by the author. The author gave his best to build the reader’s interest.

It could have been a much better story. Well waiting for the sequel to know what will happen next. The basic language and slow pace make this story a bit boring. It could have turned out much better with proper editing.

I loved the plot. The suspense element that the author added. It’s a light and a quick read. I loved the cover and the title of the book.
