It’s the most practical book I have read. Loved it. The book has some common examples Which tell about working for a company. The writing style of the author is interesting. One can easily connect with the story. There are various topics like success, failure with the team in a crisp way. There are some quotes and lines which are inspiring. It’s a story of Quint, about his journey and experiences. It tells about the office environment, politics, culture in a completely new way.

There are some tips and tricks given by the author which are really very helpful. I loved how the author presented each and every aspect in a wonderful way.  How to manage teams, how to face failure and some other tricks are explained in an easy way.

Overall, it’s a wonderful book with lots of experiences, knowledge, tricks which are helpful in our day to day life.

It’s a must-read book. A short, quick and easy read.
