Kala Ghoda Art Festival is primarily based in South Mumbai is one of the foremost expected art festival of Mumbai. It’s a nine days festival from 3rd February to 11 February. It’s all about the art and the artists. There are varied programmes organized daily. From Theatre to Standup Comedy, From Dance to music, from food to stalls. Each and every single corner is superbly embellished having its own essence. This competition each time comes up with a brand new theme. This year the theme is ‘Hara Ghoda‘. It’s regarding property future for our planet. This festival has several fantastic ideas, concepts that one witness.
This year there are so many lovely installations to witness. There are heritage walks, bus tour and plenty of fantastic events with some wonderful speakers, panelists, and musicians. There’s creativity, ability in every corner. I loved the detailing that was there in each and every installations. Every minute thing was taken care fantastically. Each and every corner was vibrant and Delightful. there have been several wonderful stalls one can witness. They superbly embellished as their product were. The whole street was simply soothing, beautiful, each corner had its own story. Wish to paint? you’ll get it on there, wish to put in writing, simply add a want, 
want to place in writing, merely add it to one of the installations, want to sing? they have an open cart to sing.
Want to express, there are Glitter tubes, simply take one and choose it. wish to feel peace, simply scan a barcode, wish to breathe recent air, Wish to breathe fresh air, there you can feel it. There were Photo frames to click pictures with, wonderful contests, witness some marvelous paintings, wishes, and innovation. There is delicious food available there. Each and every installation has its own thought. There are several wonderful events lined up, do attend them, they are simply amazing and there is a lot to learn from it. The security, service was too good, each and everyone was helpful, from volunteers to police.

How to reach there?

Kala Ghoda is 2 Km from Mumbai CST Railway Station and 22 km from the airport. It takes 7 minutes to travel from Churchgate Station to Kala Ghoda. Buses and taxis are available to the place.
