Review:

Lang Leav has always been my favourite when It comes to poems. Love and misadventure is a book of wonderful poems and musings. It is divided into three parts- Misadventure, The Circus of Sorrows and Love. I loved how strong emotions are narrated beautifully by the author. There are some poems which touched my heart. The adventure from love to heartbreak to finding love again is defined by the author in a fantastic way. There are few illustrations added in the book. loved the writing style of the author. It’s Lucid and Gripping. Themes of love, heartbreak, sorrow, and above all, the beauty of hope that pervades through all of these are used by the author.

Also, the lovely Maroon cover is the cherry on the cake. overall, It’s a book with some strong emotions described in fewer words.

Love is a game of Tic- Tac-Toe
constantly waiting for the x or o.

It’s a pleasant read. love reading poems? Go for it.
