Sometimes people become so much of a habit in your life that it doesn’t matter whether you like them or not. Having them around is easier than being alone.
Have you ever been alone in a crowded place? Have you ever been trapped by other people’s expectations? Have people insisted that you ought to smile and act like nothing’s wrong when you can see the world crashing down on you?
I am in the middle of a hurricane and I seem to be the only person who can feel that it’s raining.

Summary:

For Milli Bajwa, life is at a stand-still. Grounded in the Chandigarh airport where she works day after day, she watches flights leaving for destinations she knows she’ll never visit. Loveless and luckless, she would rather bury her nose in a book than face her grim reality. And then, on a whim, she swipes right on a new dating app, and finds the man of her dreams – someone who can sweep her off her feet and teach her how to fly. But the mysterious and charming Karan Singhania has secrets of his own, and a heart damaged in more ways than one. This is the story of two people about to find out how far they’re willing to go for the promise of true love.

Review:

Well, I have read all the books of Rishabh Puri and I loved them all. This book too. I loved the title and cover of the book. The story revolves around Mili Bajwa (struggling with life) and Karan Singhania (A rich man with a lot of sufferings). They met each other via dating app and love happened.  This is a simple story with no twist and turns. The plot set is simple and easy. That’s where the reader can connect with.  The novel was lil drag describing feelings of characters. The narration was too descriptive which was like when it will finish.  It’s a good read, a simple one but not that interesting. The tempo was low as there was no suspense element. The pace was also too slow.  This book is for all who love simple romance story. It’s a story with a predictable end. There are various good lines and poems which will touch your heart. The story full of Hope, Love, Friendship, Struggle, Sacrifice and Romance.
Overall I would recommend to everyone who loves reading romance. A simple, soothing story.
